The name Goma Tei carries great meaning - Goma, ""sesame"" in Japanese, is the main ingredient of our feature item Tan Tan Ramen; Tei is a meeting place where food and drinks are shared with friends.
Goma Tei primarily serves ramen, and is especially well-known for their tan tan ramen, which is a Chinese-Japanese hybrid of spicy sesame-seasoned ramen. They also serve other type s of ramen, including shoyu and sunho ramen, as well as other Japanese and Chinese dishes such as chicken tatsutaage and mapo tofu. Goma Tei recipes are developed with considerations given to the health and nutritional needs together with flavorful taste. Goma Tei's clear soup broth is homemade and considered low sodium and low fat, and vegetarians recipes are also available.
